Rosseti, FGC UES say not to publish financial reports

MOSCOW, Apr 28 (PRIME) -- Rosseti and its affiliate Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy Systems (FGC UES) will not publish consolidated reports in order to protect interests of the companies, the companies said in their statements on Thursday.

The companies will not disclose information about the members of the board of directors, the audit committee, the key suppliers and the controlled companies.
